Mandharas’s Instant Sambar is for those who crave for homemade sambar but can’t make it for various reasons- lack of time, lack of ingredients, a student away from home, living abroad, travelling etc.
It’s a quick and humble sambar. Try making sambar with the veggies you have readily available or just add an onion or two - your tasteful onion sambar will be ready in 5 to 10 minutes.

List of ingredients
Turmeric, Coriander seeds, Tamarind, Garlic, Moong dal, Channa dal, Toor dal, Salt, Fenugreek seeds, Red chilli & Oil
Direction to use:
(For 1 or 2 persons)
1.Add one spoon of oil.
2.Sauté your desired vegetables like onions, tomatoes, etc.
3.add some water and bring it to a boil.
4.Take two large spoons of instant sambar powder mix it with 2 glasses of water and add it to the vegetables.
5.Bring it to a boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
6.Finish it with some tadka.
(Adjust salt and water to your liking)

Goes well with every Indian breakfast like Idly, Dosa, Upma, Pongal etc.
Have it with rice.
