Mandhara’s Instant Rasam is strong, tangy and full of flavour. It can be had with rice or as a soup. It’s made with many spices that has medicinal value. Most of the spices are digestive stimulants, have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

List of ingredients:
Tamarind, Coriander, Curry leaves, Asafoetida, Red dry chilli, Garlic, Mustard, Pepper, Toor dal, Fenugreek seeds, Jeera, Salt & Turmeric.
Direction to use:
(For one-two person.)
Add 1 large glass of water to a pan.
Add one tomato cut into small dices.
Add one or two tablespoon spoon of instant Rasam powder.
Bring it to a boil for 5 minutes.
Add seasoning with oil, mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, asafoetida to instant rasam.
- adjust salt and water to your liking.
Don’t boil the rasam for too long.
Can be had with:
Enjoy it with rice.
Have it like a soup.
Try having to our Instant Rasam in the morning and evening instead of Tea or Coffee.
