Mutton pickle is a spicy and tangy Indian condiment from Andhra Pradesh, a region known for its bold and flavourful cuisine. Unlike typical pickles made from fruits or vegetables, this pickle uses mutton as the main ingredient.

Mandhara’s Mutton Pickle is known for its robust, crispy, hot and spicy flavour. It’s also often appreciated for its ability to be preserved for a longer time, making it a handy addition to any meal plan.

Pieces of mutton are infused with a mixture of handmade in-house spices, like red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger, garlic and lemon juice. It’s then allowed to rest for a few days so that it absorbs all the flavour.

Mutton boneless, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli powder, Turmeric, Salt, Lemon juice, Oil and Garam masala specially made in-house.
