Garam masala is a blend of ground spices, added to a variety of dishes. It has been an integral part of traditional Indian cooking for centuries. The composition of Garam masala differs regionally and nun is considered more authentic than another.
At Mandhara the spices are carefully roasted to release its aromatic flavour and ground together. It’s added to a dish to enhance its flavour just before finishing cooking. Our Garam masala is milder in nature.

Clove, Cinnamon, Coriander Seeds, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Bay leaf, Fennel seeds, Nutmeg and Pepper.
Direction to use the product:
Our Garam Masala goes well with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
It can be added to marination for all kind of veggies and meat.
Can be added to non-veg curries or fries.
Can be added to any flavoured rice.

Shelf life - Best before 9-12 months.
Storage - Pour it into a glass jar. Store it in the refrigerator. Use dry spoon to serve for long lasting freshness.
